Meet the team

Group Leaders are passionate about community access for our clients. We are artists, musicians, community leaders, growers and students (of life!) tapped into what is happening here and now and we want to share that with you!

  • Alyssa D'Amico-Dunn, Director

Alyssa is a flower child. When she’s not tending her garden, she’s usually outside hanging with her husband and son. She has been passionate about working with adults with developmental disabilties since her position as a job coach with Cleveland Crops in 2014. She loves helping put together quirky and unique outing schedules and finding fun in the everyday moments. She founded the agency in 2019.

Check out her Flower garden and job training program Heads Up Flowers.

  • Ryan Iwaszkiw, Group Leader

Since joining the crew, Ryan has found more meaning in his work than ever before.  Ryan is kind, easy-going going and passionate about serving others. Ryan values the importance of meeting others with patience and compassion. Some activities that Ryan enjoys are playing the guitar, skateboarding, kayaking, hiking, gardening, and foraging for edible fungi. When Ryan isn’t leading a group or working the land, he’s likely chilling out at home with his wife and their 2 beautiful cats.

  • Adam Goldman, Group Leader

Adam has been teaching and working with people with disabilities for several years now. He's also a business owner, musician, and meditator who loves joking around and playing with his three cats. Adam brings with him a sense of playfulness and calm patience, and you can occasionally catch him singing along and dancing to his favorite tunes when they come on the radio.

  • Foster, Group Leader

Foster loves being outside. They can’t get enough of the exciting Northeast Ohio weather! Foster started working with adults with developmental disabilities in 2015 at the Hattie Larlham Food Hub. Having been a job coach, Foster relishes sharing in leisure time with the program members and finding fun things to do out in the community. Foster likes meeting new people as well as reconnecting with familiar faces. In their free time, they enjoy cooking elaborate feasts with their girlfriend, talking to plants, watching the sunshine sparkle on Summit Lake, and playing dead (the yoga pose!).

  • Claire, Group Leader

Claire is the fun loving, quintessentially British member of our Team. She's lived in the US 15+ years, and still maintains her adorable accent & sparkling wit!

She's a Mamma bear and fierce advocate for her disabled son. Claire loves nothing more than taking him on adventures, whilst spreading inclusion, and advocating for accessibility wherever they go. Her insight into working with clients, and attention to detail shines through, due to experiencing the DD field first hand, as a parent.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, hiking and anything crafty! Crochet is her passion - Claire has a small crochet business and the craft provides much needed stress relief of being a medical parent.
