Out ‘N About is a mobile day program brought to you by Rhythm and Reach, LLC. We are a DODD certified agency providing community integration services to adults with developmental disabilities in Summit, Cuyahoga and Stark counties.

Our services are available to anyone who receives funding through the IO, Level 1, Self waiver or Local Funding!

We provide all transportation.
