Out ‘N About is a mobile day program brought to you by Rhythm and Reach, LLC. We are a DODD certified agency providing community integration services to adults with developmental disabilities in Summit and Cuyahoga County.
We believe in community inclusion as a human right and do everything we can to help our clients have total access to their community through individualized, supported small group outings.
Our services are available to anyone who receives funding though the IO, Level 1, Self waiver or Local Funding!
We make it easy and provide all transportation for our group members. We pick you up right at your house!
